The app does not keep my screen on call instead, I must constantly hit the power button to bring it back on. Video constantly broke audio sync and artifacting, ghosting images all were a problem. Disconcerting was the best way to describe it. Although my main provider has excellent network connectivity, you couldn't tell from yesterday's appointment that it was there. Although I'm not sure if this is something you can fault, audio and video quality were subpar. I experienced multiple screen shutdowns yesterday while I spoke to my provider. The fact this video messaging app does not have a way to make the screen stay awake was another issue. It's hard to give advice as I don't really know much about UI, so I can't really offer any suggestions. This app seems to have been created in a hurry. It seems that the app could use some improvement.

To complete the appointment, they had to contact my cell phone. Although the app claimed that the call was progressing and counting down the time left, neither one of us could actually see any other screen than the black screen. Even though I have internet access, it lost my video/sound feed once during an appointment with the doctor. It is a terrible problem with connectivity.
